I'm working on a Black/Blue control/destroy deck, and I'm not sure whats needed to improve it. I haven't spent much time on the creatures at all, so any suggestions on what to remove or add would be great. Also, if you know of any other spells that would go well with this deck (or this type of deck) please let me know!!

I'd have some more counters in a control deck. Mana leak is nice for early game and for when they're casting their bigger spells.
Diabolic tutor is good. I'd probably put 4 in rather than 2.
You're right about your creatures needing a lot of work. Take out Azure Drake, Halimar Wavewatch, Jagwasp Swarm, Skywatcher Adept, Conundrum Sphinx, Heartstabber Mosquito, Giant Scorpian, Ruthless Cullblade and Bloodrite Invoker. I'd have more than one Bloodhusk Ritualist.
Nemesis of Reason would be great with Haunting Echoes but it goes out in October. Tidehollow Strix also. I'd put in a few Hedron Crabs.
Architects of Will would work well in your deck. Vampire Nighthawk and Gatekeeper of Malakiralways are both great black creatures I would consider adding to any black deck. I'd definately put in Vampire hexmage, even if it's just in your sideboard, for dealing with planeswalkers. I'd also put in 4 Guard Gomazoa.
