It's my 10th grade year and I met this new boy at school. Turn to find out he leaves right next too me and I really liked him too, I had a crush on him if you say. So By the third week of knowing him we started flirting together and having this sexually thing going on that we ended up having sex, but that never changed anything cause we still talked. But my mom was yelling at telling me that I can no longer go over his house which was on April 7 which this event happened. So I sent him a message over facebook telling him I was sorry but I can't come over and he message me back saying,"mhmm"
Since then we stopied talking since then. We both ride the bus together, we have the same classes, and he leaves right next door to me. So what I did was send him a message saying, "i hope that your not mad at me cause I had to stiop coming over. for my mom dosn't want me to talk to you and wants me not to come over anymore. I thought I should tell you before anything else goes wrong"then he replyed "ok". Now on April 19 I went up to him asking if he was still mad at me or something, because we still havn't talked. So he tells me that No he's not mad at me, he's cool and etc. But I told him that since we stop talking I thought we were'nt friends anymore.. No answer. So what I do I leave too talk too my friend about it, not one good advice.
*So please Help Me I Don't Know What To Do Anymore* && Thank You for your answers.
Answer on I have'nt talk to my friend in a long time now, what should I do?
Aww i feel sorry for you but boys your age are very immature.
Everything in between you guys went too fast I mean sex on the third week?
I guess everything that was mysterious and arousing for him just disappeared when you had sex and then stopped coming over to his house. Sex is usually like a life experience at for guys your age its not really an engagement or a proof of love or trust...
In the three weeks that you were friends, did you find out common non sexual interests (as friends usually have)? It happens that people confuse lust for love or friendship.
You should forget about him because he is not a friend for ignoring you in this way.
Don't worry you will find other men in your life but don't give yourself away too fast next time and take the time to know the person you have feelings for.

I'm serious about losing weight, and I have a few questions?
I numbered them 1-4. Answer any or all of them. Any answer is really appreciatedd!
1) Is 1300 calories eaten a day, a good amount? More or less? I'm 5'4 and weigh 140
2) Is an hour of exercise 5 days a week too little? Should I exercise two hours? (Cardio, AND Strength)
3) When dieting, I'm going to put a limit on the amount of junk food calories I can have a day. What should this limit be? I"m thinking 300 calories at the most. Should it be less?
4) Any diet/exercise tips if you've been successful?
Thank you. I'm really serious about losing and if you can answer any of these, I would really appreciate it.

I'm not sure if 1300 calories is too little. You'd have to check on that. I do know that to lose one pound you have to burn 3500 calories. Meanign you must burn more than what you put in. Lets say by exercising 1 hour a day you burn 500 calories, and then on top of that your average day-to-day activities and normal body functions burn an additional 1200 calories (just an esitmation, theres websites out there that can pretty much calculate what your body burns for you) that means you burn a total of 1700 calories in one day. Now if you want to lose 1 pound a week you would eat 1350 calories a day.
note: I just used this site http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_bur… to calculate your resting metabolic rate and it came out to 1405 calories. I didnt know your age so I just put 17. Meaning you should find out how much calories you burn with your exercises and then adjust your diet based on that. So again, 1405 calories burned, plus lets estimate 500 calories burned while exercising and thats a total of 1905 calories burned. subtract 350 and you've got 1555. Thats how much calories you should be eating to lose 1 pound a week.
