okay well i grew up with my mom she was a single parent and did a great job raising me and my brother and sisters. but when i was 16 i took it upon myself to find my dad and my dads side of the family well i did. And i still today 5 years later do not have a relationship with him because i disagree with the life style is taking. well i do have a relationship with his mother and father and thats it and they have been great always there when i need them. well today my grandma told me that i had a half sister but she did not know much info on her. but when she talked to my dad he gave her all the info he knew. well i found this girl on myspace and now i am stuck and scared. what do i do? what do i say? how do i go about saying who i am? if you can help me that would be great. thank you so much for your time and help.

I guess all you could do is the message her and tell her who you are (does she know of you?) and explain you would like to get to know her - no pressure, but that you just wanted to make contact. It must be quite nerve wracking for you - I wish you luck.
