I'm currently 133 pounds, and I have been trying to lose 10 pounds for quite some time now. I eat either oatmeal or cheerios at breakfast every day, small salads at lunch and dinner, and only occasionally indulging in a small amount of candy, or a fiber one bar at night. I exercise more than enough and often multiple times every day, but have yet to see any results. Does anyone know why this might be the case, and what I can do to fix it?

Drink lots of water and taking weight loss fruta planta might help to lose weight faster. I lost 8.5lbs in 7 days!!!
