why UK's quality of life is low?
even lower than USA?

Answer on Why UK's quality of life is low..?

Because the ranking is best on geography and climate, and areas such as Community and Family. In Britain the climate is not as good as some other nations, whilst the population is largely urban based and fluid in that they are constantly moving from area to area for job promotion and other such reasons, giving little chance for community to flourish.

If you go to most modern cities you will not see the same levels of community as in more rural settings, and the pressure of modern work means that people see there families less, with the British working the longest hours in Europe.

In essence, if you want to score highly in that study you should live in a small rural farming community in a country that has a sunny climate, and not a modern business orientated urban setting.
