Well, despite the puffy face and whatever else it entails, former Fresh Prince of Bel Aire star, Tatyana Ali, swears by her tears. The 33-year old told the New York Daily News:

“I cry three times a day as part of my workout routine. It really targets the core. Great way to reduce bloating.”

Despite her claims, however, there is no hard evidence to back up the connection between crying and weight loss.If you’re looking to lose weight, really consider making small lifestyle changes like the following:Cut out the sweet stuff.

Taking on just a few more minutes of exercise in your daily routine will help you lose some major weight. It’s important to push yourself through the laziness and go the extra few steps every day. Eat whole grains.
