Beautiful weather to start the weekend across northeastern Ohio, High pressure will build across the region today and control the weather through the first half of the weekend. This means dry weather can be expected along with some moderation in temperatures.
For today, it will be mostly sunny with high temperatures rising to around 60 degrees.
Tonight will be clear and not as chilly as recent nights with overnight lows falling to the mid to upper 30s.
On Saturday, it will be mostly sunny and warmer with highs in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees.
A low pressure system will develop over the mid Mississippi Valley on Saturday. Then, it will move slowly toward the area from the southwest on Sunday. This system will bring increasing cloud cover Saturday night with a chance of showers arriving after midnight. Lows will be around 50 degrees.
Sunday will be mostly cloudy with a good chance of showers, and possibly a thunderstorm or two. Highs on Sunday will be in the mid 60s.
